Quotes and pricing

Prices shown are indicative and are confirmed in writing when we quote you. Industrial equipment pricing moves with manufacturer schedules, freight rates, and specification changes, and listings can contain errors. A quote is binding only once we issue it in writing; adding an item to a cart or joining a waitlist does not create an order or reserve stock.

Availability

Listing a product does not guarantee we hold it. Lead times are confirmed per order.

Freight

Most items ship by LTL freight. Delivery details — liftgate, appointment, inside delivery, dock requirements — are confirmed before dispatch. Inspect shipments on arrival and note any damage on the delivery receipt before signing; carrier claims are difficult to win without it.

Fitness for purpose

Lifting, rigging, and material-handling equipment is safety-critical. Specifications on this site are provided in good faith from manufacturer data, but you are responsible for selecting equipment rated for your application and for using it in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions and applicable standards (ASME, ANSI, OSHA and others). If you are unsure, ask us before you buy — that is what the phone number is for.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to a product or this site is limited to the amount you paid us for that product.
