Overview
Star Industries builds these spreader bars around slip-on fork pockets: the bar slides onto the tines of a straight-mast or extendable-reach forklift and picks long material, trusses, rebar cages, roofing, and siding from two points. Fixed-length, adjustable, crane-pick, and wire-mesh-handler versions cover most jobsite spreads.

The adjustable bars derate as they extend: the 8–12 ft model is rated 8,000 / 6,400 / 5,000 lb across its range, and the 12–20 ft model 16,800 / 11,200 / 8,000 lb. Rate the lift by the length you set, never by the maximum.
Fork pockets come in 24 to 39 in spacings and require a 32 to 48 in or wider carriage by model; crane pick-point versions add overhead use. Star requires retaining pins behind the heel of each fork before any lift. All models meet OSHA and ANSI requirements.
