Overview
The EK14-138 is the mid-height model of EKKO's base counterbalanced walkie stackers: counterweighted instead of straddle-legged, so closed-bottom and GMA pallets present no obstacle and the chassis works nose-in at docks. It lifts 3,300 lb at a 24 in load center to 138 in, which buys an extra 8 in of rack height over the standard 130 in masts without moving to the tall 189 in frame.
There is no side shift on the base EK14: one less hydraulic function, which accounts for much of the price gap to the S models. The mast closes to 90 in and tilts 2°/5°; fork spread adjusts 8.7–28 in. A 24V/210 Ah battery drives a 2,500 W AC drive motor, a 3,000 W lift motor, and 200 W electronic power steering under a Curtis controller. Turning radius is 62 in on a 39 in wide chassis.
