Overview
The Vestil LM-1T Lift Master slides onto the forks of a counterbalanced fork truck and turns it into a mobile crane for suspended loads: machinery, bundles, baskets, anything that rigs from a hook rather than rides on a pallet. Per Vestil's manual it is for vertical-mast, high-lift fork trucks only: not telehandlers, not rough-terrain trucks.
Each of the four models (3,000, 4,000, 6,000, 8,000 lb) is rated by a load table, not a single number: capacity falls as the boom telescopes out, from full rating at the 36 in hook position down to 750 lb (3,000 lb model) or 2,200 lb (8,000 lb model) at 144 in. An X-handle locking bolt sets the extension; the load hangs from a swivel hook and shackle, and a 5/16 in × 36 in safety chain keeps the boom from sliding off the forks.
Eleven configurations pair the four capacities with 11, 24, 30, or 36 in fork pocket centers; order the pocket spacing that matches your truck's fork spread. Vestil's sizing rule: the fork truck must be rated for at least 125% of the boom's capacity plus the boom's own weight. Ships by freight; each unit arrives with hook, shackle, and safety chain installed.
