Overview
The EK07S is the smallest counterbalanced walkie stacker EKKO makes: 34.5 in wide with a 51 in turning radius. A counterweight replaces straddle legs, so the forks enter closed-bottom and GMA pallets that leg-type stackers cannot pick, and nothing extends ahead of the chassis at a dock face. Capacity is 1,550 lb at a 20 in load center, lifted to 118 in.
Both lift and travel are electric. An AC 24V/0.75 kW motor drives, a 24V/1.5 kW motor lifts, and a Curtis controller manages both, fed by a 24V/120 Ah battery. The mast stands 81.1 in lowered. Forks are 42 in long, 1.4 in thick, adjustable 8.3–25.2 in; overall length is 84.7 in and service weight 2,090 lb.
The lower rating is the trade for the compact counterweight; heavier pallets need the EK10S on the same footprint, or the larger EK14 chassis.
