Overview
The AL50 series is Tandemloc's combination lifting device: one beam that rigs as a spreader beam or as a multi-pick lift beam, with several pick points along the bottom chord. That covers balanced two-point picks and multi-point picks of machinery, fabrications, and long material from a single certified beam instead of two.
Each model carries its own working load limit, from 10,000 lb at 123.75 in overall length up to 60,000 lb at 247.75 in; eight capacity and length combinations are offered here. Every beam is proof tested to 125% of its WLL and certified, designed to meet or exceed ASME B30.20 and BTH-1, Design Category B, Service Class 0, and finished in safety yellow.
Top and bottom shackles are included; top rigging is optional, so confirm sling requirements when you request the quote. Tandemloc fabricates the series in Havelock, North Carolina, and quotes custom capacities and sizes on request. Beams ship by freight; pricing is quote-based, lead time is confirmed at quote, and business leasing is available.
