Vestil Teardrop Pallet Rack Starter Bay

Overview

This starter bay is a complete selective pallet rack: two teardrop upright frames and two beam levels (four beams) that stand alone and hold standard pallets with direct access to every position. Selective teardrop racking is the plainest way to put pallets up and off the floor, and the teardrop connection is the industry's most common, so accessories and add-ons stay easy to source.

Beam levels are rated 5,000 lb per level in this configuration, on 42 in deep frames sized for standard 48 in pallets. Teardrop connectors let beams move to a new height without bolts: lift, reseat, done. The bay comes from Vestil's PRTD racking line, which also offers taller frames and heavier beams when a bay needs to grow.

The bay ships by freight as uprights and beams and assembles on site; anchoring hardware and any local seismic requirements are confirmed at quote. Heavier-duty frames and beams are available in place of this configuration. Pricing is quote-based; freight and lead time are confirmed at quote, and business leasing is available.
