Overview
The AHS-2-10 is a 2,000 lb welded steel gantry crane with a 10 ft span and an adjustable beam height, built for semi-permanent or permanent bays where the hook height needs to match the work, not the other way around. A trolley and hoist ride the I-beam to move loads along the span.
Three models set the maximum usable height at 12, 14, or 16 ft; per Vestil, height changes require assistance from a fork truck, so plan adjustments as setup work rather than mid-shift moves. The crane rolls on four glass-filled nylon swivel casters that lock in four positions, and the powder-coated steel frame weighs 712 to 812 lb by model.
